Job summary
The Weld and Standards Trainer is responsible for developing, maintaining, and delivering weld training programs in compliance with American Welding Society (AWS) and Canadian Welding Bureau (CWB) standards. This role provides additional quality assurance (QA) training as required within the division and mentors ONTC employees in welding techniques, safety practices,Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and execute the ONTC Weld Program to ensure compliance with AWS and CWB requirements.
- Conduct final weld inspections on completed work within all applicable divisions.
- Train employees in welding techniques.
