- Road Building, sewer and water construction, earth work
- Consult blueprints, designs, and clients' instructions to develop construction plans for projects/teams
- Manage construction sites, ensuring that workers adhere to construction plans and safety codes
- Document all costs and ensure that expenses never exceed construction budget
- Works with Management to establish employee schedules, project schedule, and project/task deadlines
- Assist with resolving any issues throughout project life cycle
- Track and report project milestones and provide regular status updates
- Measure results and assist with completing a post-project evaluation to determine how well results were achieved
- Project layout using GPS, laser, tape measures etc.,
- 3-5 years' experience in the construction industry, with minimum of 3 years direct field experience
- One-year diploma or an equivalent level of education
- Valid G Class Driver License
- Ability to set and maintain clear expectations for quality of workmanship and productivity
- Demonstrated ability to plan and oversee the routine workload of a team and provide constructive performance feedback
- Time management, especially of competing priorities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to identify, analyze and resolve problems
- Well-rounded knowledge of the construction industry
- Comfortable with Excel, and GPS experience an asset

Construction Site Supervisor
We are looking for an experienced Construction Site Supervisor to assist in the execution of Construction projects in the Grey-Bruce region.
This position would be working full-time across our various construction sites in Grey and Bruce Counties. There is potential for growth within the company.
