Interim Clinical Team Lead - Medicine Hat

CBI Health is seeking a people leader to support operational efficiencies through the development, implementation, and evaluation of strategies that positively influence client, team member and funder experience across the program/service they are leading.
As a Clinical Team Lead, you will call upon your problem-solving skills to lead our Acute and/or comprehensive service teams in day-to-day operations clinical service excellence, leadership and clinical service provision.

Take a look inside what you'll do each day:
- Collaborate with other Clinical Team Leads to innovate service delivery methods/models and ensure services are conducted with integrity and in alignment to Best Practice
- Collaborate with Administrative Team Lead to resolve gaps in execution; assess and identify opportunities for improvements to team and program/service
- Actively works to build trust and confidence with internal and external stakeholders; develop and nurture strong business relationships
- Provide clinical input into business decisions, service delivery model and developmental opportunities
- Ensure that service delivered aligns with key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Coach, mentor, develop and performance manage team members with consistent use of professional performance development practice
- Lead by example, creating an environment that draws and retains high performing talent who live the values of CBI Health in accordance with the established vision of the organization
- Deliver Acute and/or comprehensive clinical services
Here's what you'll need to be successful:
- University Degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Kinesiology or other clinical specialty or related discipline
- Minimum 2 years related experience in a private clinic/rehab setting
- All team members are required to be fully vaccinated against COVID19 and provide proof of vaccination upon hire or provide a valid medical exemption
- People leadership experience in a clinical environment; or related health industry is an asset
- Be resultsoriented, adaptable, well organized and able to function independently
- Possess sound written and verbal communication and multitasking skills
- Able to work well in an interdisciplinary team and handle multiple assignments and deadlines
- Supervisory or management training is preferred
