Requirements:

-
Minimum 5 years' experience in a high volume, full service restaurant.

Proficient in English verbal and written communication.
Demonstrates the ability to follow and give direction.
Knowledge of controlling food/beverage and labour costs.
Uptodate certification of provincially approved sanitation/food handlers program certified (i.e. HACCP, WHIMIS & GHS, FOOD SAFE, SMART SERVE).
