***: 80% of this role will be as a Sales Representative. Building and Maintaining your own client base. Develops and sells commercial advertising space, to current and prospective advertisers through regular contact. This is a sales role to sell advertising space in a range of different advertising mediums that we own. Primarily Local Community Newspaper Display Ad Sales. Selling Flyer Distribution Networks. Magazine Advertising Sales. Some Digital Components. As well as Billboards, both physical Static Billboard Ads and Digital Billboard Advertising. Operates within assigned territory to develop maximum revenue.

20% of this role will be to be an assistant to the Sales Manager. Supporting the sales team with administrative sales support duties. As well as a variety of different tasks to assist the Sales Manager.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Develop Marketing Proposals for Prospective Clients
  • Keep organized notes and databases of clients and perspective clients for ad bookings and follow up.
  • Servicing Current Clients with personal visits to business, fulfilling ad booking requests and aiding in the development of client's advertisement.
  • All paper work associated with the advertising ordering and billing process to be correctly completed and submitted in a timely manner
  • Responsive to customer needs, identifies customer complaints and ensures all complaints are resolved
  • Assist sales manager in administrative ad support
  • Perform all other duties as assigned by the Manager

Salary:
$40,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
