This is very much of an influencer role where you have a proven ability to lead initiatives that generate new business.

As an integral member of the Sales and Marketing team, you will strive to achieve and exceed sales objectives and conversion goals by engaging clients through the execution of campaigns and leads.

You will also be responsible for providing innovative ideas and sharing client insights.

You are someone that takes a proactive approach to tracking and driving opportunities to closure. You are comfortable interacting with all levels of an organization and guiding conversations with clients in a consultative manner.


Requirements:


What you'll be doing:

Follow up on all sales leads from a variety of sources including phone, internet, and referrals
Prepare meeting materials (i.e., sales decks, business proposals, etc.) to help support the sales team
Assist in developing sales scripts, feature sheets, value proposition messaging, proposals, presentations, tips on handling sales objections and other documentation to help convey the business value of our service offerings
Network with organizations, trade shows associations, local groups, etc. where you are actively involved in relevant events to build relationships, keep current with trends, and uncover opportunities that lead to sales prospects


What we require:

An undergraduate degree required and/or related work experience
Minimum of 2 years' experience in B2B sales, tele sales, inside sales or prospecting role
Ability to manage multiple priorities and sales opportunities at different stages
Demonstrated proficiency with a general understanding of sales and marketing support techniques (e.g., Pardot)
Demonstrated experience using Salesforce or similar CRMs, LinkedIn and other sales tools
Human Resources background would be an asset.
