The Restaurant Team Lead is the key driver of sales and profit results through profitability, Guest service and people operations.

This role supports the Restaurant General Manager in managing operations during assigned shifts, driving key performance outcomes related to sales, guest service, and people development. The Shift Leader operates under the direction of the RGM directly managing a shift team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Directs efficient preparation and sale of products for prompt delivery within established speed guidelines


• Motivates team members on each workstation to exceed customer expectations with accurate fast friendly service in clean surroundings
