Description
Job Description

  • Monitor mobility device programs through Alerts Management systems and advise Branch Management on worker performance; publish statistics regarding performance against set goals.
  • Inventory control, activation, deployment and deactivation of mobile devices
  • Track retrieval of devices from inactive and terminated employees
  • Identify relevant training needs, documentation, and opportunities.
  • Provide training to new workers during the Onboarding Process
  • Troubleshoot basic issues with devices as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Postsecondary education
  • Proven experience in training a diverse population of individuals
  • Minimum 2 years of direct work experience as a corporate/branch trainer is preferred
