Description
Job Description- Monitor mobility device programs through Alerts Management systems and advise Branch Management on worker performance; publish statistics regarding performance against set goals.
- Inventory control, activation, deployment and deactivation of mobile devices
- Track retrieval of devices from inactive and terminated employees
- Identify relevant training needs, documentation, and opportunities.
- Provide training to new workers during the Onboarding Process
- Troubleshoot basic issues with devices as needed.
- Other duties as assigned
- Postsecondary education
- Proven experience in training a diverse population of individuals
- Minimum 2 years of direct work experience as a corporate/branch trainer is preferred
- Excellent Presentation Skills
- Time Management
- Creative and Innovative Thinking
- Proven ability to manage time sensitive tasks.
- Strong work ethic and positive team attitude.
- Advanced written and oral communication skills, with the ability to communicate with individuals at all levels of learning.
- Demonstrated ability to train, coach, evaluate, and improve others.
- Able to customfit training materials around individual needs.
- Excellent listening, observing, and questioning skills.
- Motivated, energetic, goaloriented, and positive outlook critical.
