Responsibilities:

Oversee the production process and ensure that all products are manufactured efficiently and on time
Manage and train production staff to ensure highquality work and adherence to safety protocols
Develop and implement production schedules and monitor production levels to meet customer demand
Collaborate with other departments to improve production processes and implement costsaving measures
Maintain inventory levels and order materials as needed
Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards
Conduct regular quality audits and implement corrective actions
Maintain and track KPIs to ensure performance and productivity

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical Engineering or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in production management, preferably in a manufacturing setting
Strong leadership and communication skills
Knowledge of production processes and quality control methods
Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and experience implementing them in a production setting.
Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions
Experience with inventory management and supply chain processes
