About Us:


We are a rapidly growing e-commerce business based in Mississauga, Ontario, looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team.

As a Bookkeeper, you will play a crucial role in the financial management of our organization and contribute to its ongoing success.


Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting processes, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations

Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports

Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations

Collaborate with other team members to streamline accounting processes and improve financial reporting

Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts

Conduct regular audits to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data

Work closely with external accountants during tax season


Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of bookkeeping experience, preferably within the e-commerce industry

College diploma or bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field

Proof of relevant credentials (e.g., certification from a recognized accounting body)

Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations

Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and Outlook)

Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Must be willing to undergo a criminal background check


Salary:
$20.00-$28.00 per hour

Experience:
