Safety is your responsibility Directed to help support branches within the region by the RASM Interact with Branch staff Customers Management as one of safety champions Assist local branch required depending on local leadership structure Recondition repair all equipment components systems assigned local leadership Customer location designated shop locations Maintain good working records time parts supplies outside purchases repairs Maintain care shop tools vehicles Communicate professionally internally externally Order parts materials perform assigned repairs utilizing local departments Maintain work area clean safe condition Maintain exceptional high level of customer satisfaction Work identify mitigate challenges areas improvement local area build Customer base trust When regional work not available work out assigned local RME shop location traveling own time Maintain field service truck ready go when customers require timely service Travel non-home branch paid time expense billed Allocated Branch IDP ADP completed by RASM This role Regional Support assist branches Region specifically may called assist other regions Provinces workload conditions present themselves1 Strong technical skills Completion formal apprenticeship program preferred Understanding agriculture construction industry Health safety best practices Knowledge Case IH CE asset qualifications include:
