We are looking for a dynamic, passionate creative and driven individual to join our Personal Insurance team as a Group Portfolio Lead. In this role you will be responsible for handling a regional portfolio of group business within Specialty Personal Insurance, with a focus on the group strategy, and contribute to Aviva's priority to deliver growth at scale and achieve top quartile profitability. We are seeking someone who is inquisitive, a phenomenal collaborator and an excellent communicator

What you will doHandle top & bottom line performance of the Group portfolio
Grow # clients in force by signing up and onboarding new groups; developing go to market tactics and strategies to penetrate existing groups.
Intimately understand and reporting on regional results to keep PI stakeholders informed on business objectives
Maintain excellent relationships with distribution partners
Representing Aviva Group in all regional PI Initiatives to ensure Aviva Group has a voice at the table for all regional initiatives.
8-10% CAGR, exceeding the growth rate of the PI department in general and the retail insurance market at large.
92-94% combined operating ratio
Excellent relationships with Distribution stakeholders
Propose and undertake project work to improve:

Tactics
Execution
What you will bringBachelor's Degree or college diploma
Industry certifications (CIP, FCIP, CRM, ACAS, FCAS)
5+ years P&C underwriting experience
Business analytics- using data to drive business decisions.
Some exposure to pricing/modelling an asset
Working in an environment where change is a constant
Digital and traditional marketing
Knowledge of Group/Affinity marketplace an asset
Project management experience is an asset
Sophisticated analytical skills
Experience with MS Office Suite
