We are seeking an adaptable and detail-oriented Manufacturing Support Associate to join our team in the Medical Device industry.

As the Manufacturing Production Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the manufacturing and supply chain/production processes while ensuring compliance with all regulatory and quality system requirements.

With opportunity to gain exposure to various aspects of the production, supply chain, product development, and customer support.


Responsibilities:


Compliance and Quality Assurance:


  • Support manufacturing medical device products in compliance with all regulatory and quality system requirements.
  • Participate in the maintenance and improvement of quality system processes and manufacturing procedures.
  • Assist with implementing engineering changes and new product introductions.

Manufacturing Support:


  • Perform incoming inspections on products and assist in optimizing manufacturing systems, equipment, and procedures.
  • Perform handson maintenance and quality testing of products.
  • Maintain and replenish supplies and materials required for order fulfillment.
  • Prepare, package, label, and ship customer orders with care and attention to detail to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Supply Chain and Inventory Management:


  • Receive shipments, track inventory, package products, and maintain storage areas for medical devices and related supplies.
  • Assist in developing systems manuals, training materials, and supporting documents.
  • Contribute to a culture of innovation, ownership, and continuous improvement.

Customer Service:


  • Address customer inquiries in a timely manner and help provide a quick resolution to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.

Willingness to learn new processes, support different tasks, and adjust to evolving business needs.

Demonstrates strong interpersonal and collaboration skills


Job Type:
Full-time

Salary Range:
$44,700 to $48,100 per year


Schedule:
Monday to Friday


Location:
In-person at our Toronto office


Experience:
Graduate of Mechanical Technician/Technologist Program or Manufacturing/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. Some experience preferred (internship, coop, or 1-2 years work experience).


Additional:
Valid drivers' license, some travel may be required.
