Our client is a small and innovative Calgary-based technology organization with a passion for developing solutions to keep people safe.

Working within a collaborative team of professionals, the
Customer Success Specialist - Bilingual will support onboarding new clients and will trouble shoot technical issues.

This position is a new addition to their rapidly growing team.


Customer Success Specialist - Bilingual

Work Schedule:
This is a full-time opportunity (40 hrs/week)


The Role

  • Ensure the internal tracking system is uptodate and proper intake guidelines are adhered to
  • Raise issues to appropriate resources per established procedures and ensure follow up to resolution
  • Monitor work queues
  • Contribute to a Customer Success knowledge base for training and knowledge transfer purposes
  • Find opportunities to increase service level and quality
  • Manage the onboarding process for new customers, including system configuration and customer training
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Communicate in both official languages (English & French)

Who You Are

  • 3+ years working with strategic customers in the technology industry.
  • Experience with Project Management, Account Portfolio Planning and Prioritization
  • A strong desire to learn and grow within an innovative organization
  • Track record of successful planning and execution of Executive Business Reviews
  • Excellent verbal and written communication with an emphasis on empathy and solutionoriented responses.
  • Time management including work planning, prioritization, and organization
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities or tasks
  • Ability to collaborate as well as work with mínimal supervision
  • Strong technical aptitude
  • Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Communicate in both official languages (English/French)

Location:
This role is primarily remote with some requirement to attend meetings at the Calgary office**

$65,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
