Job Description:


Team Overview

The team owns Onboarding & Fulfillment Investment Pillar - accountable for building the end-to-end vision, strategy, and capability roadmap for Onboarding & Fulfillment within TDMS.

The team owns defining and delivering the target state for systems, processes and teams supporting these capabilities.

We are the business owner for change initiatives, while we closely collaborate with business and technology teams for successful delivery of them.

Reporting to the Sr Manager, Onboarding & Fulfillment Business Program
s, this role is responsible for

  • Lead projects or delivery pods from business point of view, including design, development, implementation, reporting and issue resolution
  • Representing business in projects and facilitated aspects such as business casing
  • Act as a Product Owner on Agile projects, responsible for prioritizing and overseeing the team's tasks and driving as much value as possible
  • Delivering and managing the backlog of items in an Agile environment, working closely with technology teams and other areas of the business to prioritize and schedule releases
  • Provide oversight to delivery by removing barriers, clarifying governance, ensuring risk management, decisions are made in timely manner and issues are resolved
  • Supporting change management activities, guiding training and communications
  • Ensure all business stakeholders are involved, consulted, and aligned with the changes that impact them.
  • Partner with the delivery teams on key execution decisions and on aligning technology and business objectives into a shared delivery vision
  • Own the target state for onboarding forms. Work with other stakeholders to deliver changes aligned with our process and systems.

Requirements:


  • More than 5 years of experience in leading largescale initiatives in both waterfall and agile/scum setting
  • Experience in largescale technology centric project delivery
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to deliver actionable recommendations from analysis
  • Selfdriven person who can put different pieces of puzzle together and define exception customer or colleague experience
  • Resourceful selfstarter who works well on their own and within team environments
  • Knowledge of customer sales, onboarding and fulfillment workflow and capabilities is very beneficial
  • Scrum certificate though not required, is very advantageous
  • Ability to develop, influence and maintain strong relationships with internal (business and technology) and external partners
  • Bachelor's degree or higher
