Workers must:

  • Be safety oriented.
  • Commercial landscape maintenance experience
  • Cube van/ 5 tonne driving experience
  • Trailer experience
  • Can provide a clean drivers abstract
  • Get themselves to their first job site or to our yard early in the morning each day.
  • Complete proper documentation for each site, each day.
Job Duties

  • Crew Leads are responsible for getting the equipment and tools from site to site. This generally involves driving a 4 ton truck and pulling a 20' trailer with equipment.
  • Make sure your crew is working safely and efficiently and all necessary PPE is being worn.
  • Work with the crew to complete tasks from site to site
  • Supervise a crew of 25 workers
  • Lead by example
  • Work with the Maintenance Manager to assure sites are being kept in good condition in a timely manner
  • Report all broken equipment and have it dropped off at the shop for repairs

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent, Seasonal


Salary:
$21.00-$23.00 per hour

  • Calgary, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:


  • Commercial driving: 3 years (required)
