    Crisis Intervention and Recovery


    The incumbent is responsible for admitting individuals into the crisis unit, conducting assessments, and developing personalized treatment plans.


    This role involves providing psychological education, acting as a clinical resource, and aiding clients in achieving their mental health recovery goals.


    Key Responsibilities:


    • To work directly with clients, families, and caregivers to provide support during mental health crises;
    • To identify potential risk factors for suicide or self-harm within an individual or group of people attending your daily activities calendar at an after-school program where teenagers can connect over shared interests on specific days if they choose so – these are often Friday evenings around 7 PM but may vary depending how many participants sign up each week since capacity limits apply strictly here!
