    Role and Responsibilities

    Roles and responsibilities:

    • Lead low to medium complexity business cases from Kick-Off to Bid Submission for internal deployment, equipment updates, redeployments, and disposal of assets.
    • Support on large/complex business cases including Partnerships and Joint Ventures.
    • Prepare business cases and Bid Books, including all coordination with support organizations.
    • Main interface with Sales, Operations, Updates, Marketing, Proposals, Pricing, Legal, and Finance for business case related activities.
    • Present Bid Books to Executive Management.
    • Create, review, and update deliverable documents such as Proposals, Memorandum of Understanding and Letters of Intent.
    • Analyze competitor as well as airline strategies and perform market research/analysis to identify and qualify leads and new opportunities.
    • Review Customer Requirements and define proposed solutions in collaboration with Subject Matter Experts.
    • Interface with major Stakeholders (i.e., Regional Leaders, Sales Leaders, Operation Leaders, etc.)/SMEs to communicate business case scope of work and to obtain inputs and get buy-in.
    • Support the Commercial Aviation Training Solution Strategy Planning process.
    • Meet with customers in-house and at their location.
    • Assist in managing databases (i.e. BD List of initiatives, SFDC).
    • Ensure proper security handling is applied to any classified/ confidential business cases.

    Qualifications:

    • University degree preferable in International Trade, Business, Marketing, Finance, or Engineering
    • 5-8 years of relevant experience
    • Self-starter with willingness to learn.
    • Familiar with different aircraft types, airlines, and airline business models.
    • Strategic thinking and strong analytical skills.
    • Strong written and presentation skills.
    • Excellent relationship building skills.
    • Ability to be focused in a high-paced, deadline-driven environment.
    • Ability to organize a large volume of work and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • High proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint/Word).
    • Fluent in English and French.
