- Lead the architectural design of new low-, mid-, and high-rise residential products from concept through completion, including elevations, floor plans, site plans, and renderings.
- Conduct market and buyer research to inform design direction, establish design vision, and develop design briefs for new models and product lines.
- Manage all architectural design projects—setting timelines, overseeing external design partners, and ensuring deliverables meet quality, budget, and construction feasibility requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams (land development, marketing, drafting, construction) and external stakeholders to deliver innovative design solutions within quality, timeline, and budget constraints.
- Review and update existing plans and perform site visits to ensure design accuracy, code compliance, and alignment with construction practices.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience (experience within the new home building industry with a focus on low-rise residential will be considered a strong asset).
- Proficiency with Revit preferred.
- Knowledge of Residential Construction and the Ontario Building Code required. BCIN certification is considered an asset.
- Degree in Architecture or other related program required.
- Ability to fit together artistic, functional and technical requirements.
