Job summary

The Associate role is the natural entry point into FSG for individuals with previous Commercial Banking experience and/or experience in the broader M&A transaction industry.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with other FSG team members, and independently, to prepare and assist in presentations of financing proposals (structuring terms and conditions including security, covenants, pricing) to clients and prospective clients
  • Attend meetings with client management in order to assess client's financing needs
  • Provide credit underwriting support across all portfolios.
