This specific posting is aimed at finding a ROCKSTAR, based in Surrey, BC (and surrounding area) to work in our Cloverdale office, with flexibility to work some days from home after establishing themselves in the position.

We are looking for someone that can demonstrate outstanding skills in sales, communications, presentation, time management, general organization, attention to detail and logical thinking.


Expected Salary is between $60K-$80K year to start.

About the Role:


  • Work Schedule:_
  • 40+ Hours a week via:
  • Monday to Friday (typically)
  • 830am 5pm (typically)

_Responsibilities_

  • Account Management_
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Provide Technical consulting and guidance.
  • Conduct routine business reviews.
  • Participate in client meetings.
  • Manage new client onboarding.
  • Follow up with clients on purchases.
  • Audit and manage client licenses (office 365, Adobe, etc).
  • Maintain contact list management in multiple systems.
  • Inside Sales_
  • Work with the technical team to generate project proposals and act as the client liaison.
  • Create and manage quotes for equipment and services as needed.
  • Review equipment and make recommendations for replacements and upgrades.
  • Research and find technology solutions.
  • Review Invoices for accuracy.
  • Coordinate and update clients for delivery of items / shipping status.
  • Coordination and Communication_
  • Participate in weekly team meetings.
  • Assist the technical support team in maintaining relevant documentation.
  • Proactively review support requests from clients and step in when needed to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Attend Trade-Shows and Networking Events

About You

  • Required Skills_
  • Ability to work independently AND contribute positively to our team.
  • Exceptional communications skills (written and oral) with fluency in English.
  • Outstanding customer service mindset and skills.
  • Extraordinary time management skills.
  • Able to follow instructions and listen effectively.
  • Strong critical thinking ability.
  • Assets_
  • Previous experience as a Technical Account Manager or other previous sales experience.
  • Previous experience with CRM, PSA, and quoting software.
  • Project management experience.
  • Post-Secondary Education (any relevant college, university, or trades program).
  • Class 5 driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
