Overview
Are you looking to be a key member of a dedicated recruitment team with a passion for customer service? We're looking for a temporary talent acquisition assistant to provide support to our Talent Acquisition Team.

You'll build and empower teams that serve workers and employers across B.C.
Where you'll work
At WorkSafeBC, we offer a
hybrid work model that combines the convenience of working remotely with the dynamism of working in one of our offices, based on the operational needs of the position.
What you'll do
- Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition Specialists
- Coordinate and manage competitions in the applicant tracking system for an assigned portfolio
- Ensure correspondence and documents are properly prepared and distributed in accordance with the Collective Agreement and HR policies
- Schedule and administer HR testing
- Administer relocation
We're looking for a person who can:
- Communicate in a professional and courteous manner
- Multitask and prioritize work
- Manage a highvolume workload with frequent interruptions
- Use Outlook to schedule testing
- Work effectively as a member of a team
Your background and experience
- Bachelor's degree, diploma, or certificate (full year program) in Human Resources
- A minimum of 1 coop human resources workterm or 6 months of administrative experience
