Overview


Are you looking to be a key member of a dedicated recruitment team with a passion for customer service? We're looking for a temporary talent acquisition assistant to provide support to our Talent Acquisition Team.

This is a temporary role for approximately 8 months.

Where you'll work


At WorkSafeBC, we offer a
hybrid work model that combines the convenience of working remotely with the dynamism of working in one of our offices, based on the operational needs of the position.

In this role, you'll work primarily from your B.C. home and occasionally in our Richmond office.

What you'll do

  • Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition Specialists
  • Coordinate and manage competitions in the applicant tracking system for an assigned portfolio
  • Ensure correspondence and documents are properly prepared and distributed in accordance with the Collective Agreement and HR policies
  • Schedule and administer HR testing
  • Administer relocation

  • Communicate in a professional and courteous manner
  • Multitask and prioritize work
  • Manage a highvolume workload with frequent interruptions
  • Use Outlook to schedule testing
  • Work effectively as a member of a team

Your background and experience

  • Bachelor's degree, diploma, or certificate (full year program) in Human Resources
  • A minimum of 1 coop human resources workterm or 6 months of administrative experience
We'll consider equivalent combinations of education and experience.
