Service/dispatch Coordinator - Humboldt, Canada - REACT

Description

REACT is hiring a full time Service/Dispatch Coordinator for a long term position.

*Must be detail oriented, *Organized

*Able to schedule and coordinate effectively

*Able to reschedule routes, follow up with drivers on a daily basis

*Track information accurately

*Prepare manual copies for route runs.

*Prepare folders for truck drivers of upcoming work

*Able to google and use maps for accuracy

*Able to work with team members to ensure efficient servicing

*Data entry of routes and runs *Data entry of equipment, repairs and update information

*Communicate daily with drivers for new deliveries and existing *Communicate with clients on occasion regarding servicing

*Assist with registration, updates, renewals

*Assist with updating equipment information *Upload truck routes videos to system *Track waste and recycling bins

*Communicate with front desk and other dept. about route changes to facilitate smooth operation.

*Other duties as assigned, *Assist Transportation Manager as needed.

*Office hours are Monday - Friday 7:30am-4pm
