Skills Required:


  • Ability to support users in a professional manner
  • Strong Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Outlook, Word, OneDrive, Teams, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of the Windows 10 environment
  • Ability to troubleshoot Windows 10 issues both software and hardware related
  • Understanding of macOS operating system
  • Jira and Kanban board experience (Agile)
  • Able to multitask and adapt in a fastpaced environment
  • Must be organized, innovative and able to selfmotivate
  • Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines with attention to detail
  • Strategic and creative mindset

Good to have skills:


  • Interfacing and engaging with engineering teams and peers to create solutions using existing technology
  • Technical planning and execution of technology deployments for ongoing projects as part of a team
  • Dissemination of knowledge, procedures and documentation for products and projects
  • Analyze project data with Microsoft Excel and other internal tools
  • Troubleshoot Windows 10 issues including a strong understanding of the operating system
  • Documenting processes and knowledge articles for other support teams
  • Ability to create step by step instructions aimed at end users

Roles & Responsibilities:


  • To assist with projects involving user experience and desktop integration within the environment including documenting and remediating/escalating any issues encountered
  • Work both solo and with colleagues/groups

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Work Location:
Hybrid remote in Montréal, QC
