Full Job Description
We are an immigration consulting firm in Vancouver, BC offering legal services. We have a full-time Office Manager position available now. The Office Manager will work closely with our Immigration Case Manager.


Responsibilities:


  • Greet visitors in a professional manner
  • Provide visitors with information and direct them accordingly
  • Answer phone calls and direct callers to the appropriate party
  • Process, sort, and route incoming and outgoing mail
  • Monitor and manage inventory of office supplies; order and distribute office supplies as necessary
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings
  • Perform other administrative support tasks, including updating and sorting files, drafting and proofreading correspondence, and conducting research

Essential Skills & Requirements:


  • Detailoriented
  • BILINGUAL ENGLISH & FARSI (Professional/Advanced proficiency)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently AND Team player you work well with others, have a positive attitude and follow instructions with enthusiasm
  • Computer proficiency (iWorkMac, MS Suite, Adobe, Slack, Google+)
  • Detailoriented
  • Proactive and take initiative
  • Be capable of working under pressure in a fastpaced environment
- legal or Immigration assistant: 1 year (preferred)


Schedule:

  • 8hour shift
  • Language: Farsi (required)

Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent


Salary:
$16.00-$28.00 per hour


Flexible Language Requirement:

  • French not required

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • VANCOUVER, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
