Full Job Description
We are an immigration consulting firm in Vancouver, BC offering legal services. We have a full-time Office Manager position available now. The Office Manager will work closely with our Immigration Case Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors in a professional manner
- Provide visitors with information and direct them accordingly
- Answer phone calls and direct callers to the appropriate party
- Process, sort, and route incoming and outgoing mail
- Monitor and manage inventory of office supplies; order and distribute office supplies as necessary
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings
- Perform other administrative support tasks, including updating and sorting files, drafting and proofreading correspondence, and conducting research
Essential Skills & Requirements:
- Detailoriented
- BILINGUAL ENGLISH & FARSI (Professional/Advanced proficiency)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently AND Team player you work well with others, have a positive attitude and follow instructions with enthusiasm
- Computer proficiency (iWorkMac, MS Suite, Adobe, Slack, Google+)
- Detailoriented
- Proactive and take initiative
- Be capable of working under pressure in a fastpaced environment
Schedule:
- 8hour shift
- Language: Farsi (required)
Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent
Salary:
$16.00-$28.00 per hour
Flexible Language Requirement:
- French not required
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- VANCOUVER, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
