Role impact:


In collaboration with the Senior Vice President Marketing, Senior Director Consumer Marketing and Senior Director Digital Marketing, the Project Manager will define the project's objectives by providing oversight and quality control of all project deliverables in accordance with established practice and assure that all goals are met and sign-offs received from stakeholders.

This role will proceed on an approved project by building out the timelines to track action items through the coordination of the efforts of team members and external parties.

The role of the Project Manager is to plan, execute and finalize new and existing business projects within the primary constraints of scope, time, quality, and budget following the prescribed methodology for:

  • Initiating
  • Planning
  • Executing
  • Monitoring and Controlling
  • Closing

What you will deliver:


  • Support the Marketing team through Project Management of strategic initiatives. The approach will be to focus on major projects a smaller number of high value initiatives
  • Create and execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing requirements
  • Manage daytoday operational aspects of project and scope
  • Effectively manage project risk through mitigation planning
  • Monitor and report on schedule and costs
  • Prepare for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures
  • Ensure project documents are complete, current and stored appropriately
  • Provide value through high variability of projects: national retail promotions, technology implementations, innovation tests, etc.

What you need to succeed:


  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in Project Management ideally with experience in Marketing and Technology projects.
  • Project Management certification an asset
  • Computer literate and proficient in the use of Word, Excel and PowerPoint and Project Management software as required.
  • Knowledge using Asana software an asset
