SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist Maintenance Planning Department with administrative functions;
Print Work Packs for Maintenance as required;
Ensure ontime delivery of work packs to Production;
Assists with preparation of annual maintenance budgets for aircraft;
Assist Manager with various tasks and provide clerical support as assigned;
Support data entry of production paperwork;
Ensuring any errors and omissions are brought to the attention of the work package leader for correction;
All other related duties as assigned by the Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

Minimum three (3) years of administrative experience in a computerized environment;
Strong communications skills and flexibility;
Very detailed oriented with a focus on process improvement;
Ability to work under pressure and demonstrate excellent organizational skills;
Ability to review own work for accuracy and thoroughness;
Ability to bring new ideas in improving existing processes;
Ability to work with large amounts of data (filtering and sorting);
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast

- paced environment;

Aviation background is an asset;
Knowledge of Quantum Component Control is an asset;
Aviation billing, manufactory and/or any other related environment experience, an asset;
