Description

Primary Function:

Are you looking for a career in digital marketing, at the point where cutting-edge technology meets fundamental end-to-end customer journey inflection points? Are you looking to influence, drive and make an impact in a Fortune 500 company within a high-performing team? Are you someone who laughs in the face of challenges and is not afraid to break the status quo? Do you roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty (figuratively speaking) when needed?

If the answers to the above questions are yes, then you might be the right fit for this position.

We are offering you a chance to influence (and learn.a lot) the digital marketing roadmap at a Fortune 500 company, a chance which does not come around very often.

You will be part of an elite team, developing, executing and managing the end-to-end digital marketing strategy for Grainger Canada.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

Here is what your day might look like:

  • Helping drive end-to-end social media strategy across multiple platforms, with complete ownership of all earned and paid media channels.
  • Working with crossfunctional teams to analyze, optimize and execute (and report) new approaches, A/B testing on social media channels and beyond.
  • Lead the creative content development process for all digital channels (social media and otherwise), planning 30, 60 or 90 days in advance.
  • Driving projects for the website for existing, modification or introduction of new content, showcasing your learnings to the broader Grainger marketing community.
  • Working with technology teams to delivery highimpact and measurable projects across the customer journey touchpoints tied directly to revenue attribution and customer growth.
  • Work within the digital/marketing team to create a consistency in communication for our multisegment approach to customer targeting.
  • Manage multiple agency partnerships, keeping your individual projects on track and providing timely feedback for each deliverable.
  • Be responsible for what you are spending, where you are spending it and who are you spending it with. In other words, manage your own project budgets.

If you have not done all or even most of what is being mentioned in the bullets above, it does not matter as long as the answer to our questions is a resounding YES.

We will help you learn everything else.
