Retail Regional Manager.
In this role, you will champion Kindred's purpose, lead business development activities to grow Kindred's membership and impact, and engage with our communities.
You will provide leadership to the managers and teams delivering retail banking services so that members experience banking with purpose while assuring operational compliance and effective risk management.
You will facilitate effective collaboration, communication, and change management to implement new initiatives and support strategic direction.Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver regular coaching for direct reports in coaching to relationship advice based solutions, and excellence in member service.
- Provide oversight of retail banking for regional area.
- Goal setting, monitoring and reporting
- Provide timely communication for initiatives impacting retail banking, leading project implementation and change management within regional area.
- Travel within your regional area is expected to support team members onsite while providing flexibility within your schedule (Kitchener, Waterloo, Mount Forest)
What to bring
As someone with extensive experience in financial services, you bring solid expertise in providing tailored advice, engaging in business development, and proven experience leading change management with strong collaboration skills.
Plus, you bring your qualifications and experience:
- Post-secondary education in business, commerce or a related field
- 810 years of experience in financial services, including 35 years in a leadership role
- Demonstrated skills in coaching and development
- Business development
- Proven skills in change management and collaboration
- Expertise in lending or investments _is valuable_
