Oversee daily operations of the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR)
Ensure highquality customer service and satisfaction
Train and supervise staff members, including hiring and scheduling
Monitor food preparation and presentation to maintain quality standards
Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
Implement and enforce safety and sanitation protocols
Help prepare schedules and ensure restaurant if properly staffed.
Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates and provide training

Previous experience in the food service industry, preferably in a managerial role
Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
Ability to effectively train and manage a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in using Point of Sale (POS) systems
Has the hospitality gene.
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment with flexibility in schedule

(we close at 9pm so we are not a late-night service restaurant)

Required to have safe food handlers certificate within first 3 months of job (if you don't have we will reimburse the cost of the course)

Required to have first aid certificate within 3 months of employment (if you don't have we will reimburse the cost of the course)

An current drivers license and access to a car would be considered an asset.
