Job summary
We are currently looking for a highly motivated Maintenance Manager responsible for managing building maintenance staff and service contractors in all aspects related to the maintenance and security of the facility including buildings, equipment and grounds.The ideal candidate will have 5 years of skilled or semi-skilled maintenance experience, preferably in a management position or equivalent, strong interpersonal skills, ability to interact effectively with all levels of College constituents,
- Implements manages maintains equipment tools organizing manuals specifications generates prioritizes long short-term work orders predictive preventative maintenance activities considering environmental impacts new projects.
- Develops oversees audits inspections by maintenance staff monitors participates in operations inspecting projects developing implementing modifications recommending specifications scheduling contracts assisting inspecting contractor's work ensuring safe practices standard operating procedures followed.
