Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Health and Safety Manager to join our team.
The Health Safety Manager will be responsible for overseeing safety protocols, implementing training programs, and ensuring compliance with all safety regulations.
Duties:
- Develop and implement safety policies and procedures
- Participate and chair JH&SC
- Manage the process to achieve COR certification
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits
- Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes and prevent future occurrences
- Coordinate safety training programs for employees
- Monitor and ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal safety regulations
- Collaborate with management to address safety concerns and make recommendations for improvements
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and deliver safety training programs
- Experience in training development is a plus
- Ability to fabricate solutions to enhance workplace safety
Pay:
$60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
