- Computer literacy, mathematical skills and knowledge of word processing software

- Outstanding capability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively

- Follow checkin and out procedures
- Ability to bend and lift heavy objects, assist in laundry
- Supervising housekeeping staff and ensuring all the rooms are clean and ready to accommodate guest
- Checking all the rooms to maintain standard of cleanliness, and ensuring all rooms are clean, well maintained and attractively presented
- Maintains inventory to ensure adequate supplies
- Performing cleaning duties in case of emergency or shirt staff
- Honest and Reliable staff and ability to work on their own
