Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various facilities.
Your attention to detail and ability to work efficiently will contribute to creating a safe and pleasant environment for our clients.
Duties:
- Clean and sanitize designated areas, including restrooms, offices, common areas, and other spaces as assigned
- Dust furniture, fixtures, and equipment
- Vacuum carpets and sweep/mop floors
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, and soap
- Perform routine inspections to ensure cleanliness standards are met
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel
- Follow proper cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial work is preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Knowledge of hand tools and power tools used in facilities maintenance is a plus
Skills:
- Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness standards in assigned areas
- Communication: Effectively communicate with team members and clients
- Commercial Cleaning: Perform cleaning tasks in commercial settings
- Hand Tools: Utilize hand tools for maintenance tasks as needed
- Facilities Maintenance: Assist with general maintenance tasks as required
Salary:
$17.00-$21.00 per hour
