We are seeking an experienced Associate Lawyer (Corporate and Real Estate) (minimum 2-5 years' experience post call) to join our firm.
The successful candidate will assist with all aspects of corporate and real estate files and must have the ability to manage corporate and residential real estate closings from beginning to end.
The full-time, permanent position is based in Ajax.Due to our continued growth and client-centered approach, we are looking to add an experienced Associate Lawyer (Corporate and Real Estate) to our team.
The ideal candidate will have between 2-5 years of post call experience gained in a variety of residential and/or corporate/commercial real estate and corporate transactions.
You have a desire to work in an entrepreneurial law firm, to network with peers and clients alike. You should have the desire to oversee files, to work independently and/or to assist senior counsel as required.
