This position is a hybrid (in-office/remote work) position, based out of our Mississauga or Pickering location.

As part of your role, you may expect to be involved in:
- Preparing project plans including project management and delivery plans and their associated subsidiary plans.
- Updating project progress tracking tools, such as Microsoft Project schedules and our workflow management system. Includes creating and reviewing processes and performing compliance reviews.
- Participating in proposal development activities including providing input for project management activities and project approaches/methodologies.
- Preparing project documents including project change notices, invoices, and updating project/phase budgets.
- Providing regular updates to internal teams and clients on project status, progress, and changes to scopes, schedules, and/or budgets. Includes keeping project stakeholders engaged throughout the project.
- Acting as a liaison (point of contact) between our engineering staff, field teams, subcontractors/suppliers, and our clients for project related inquiries and requests.
- Identifying potential project risks and developing risk mitigation strategies to prevent negative impacts to projects.
- Preparing project reviews (lessons learned) to detail project success and shortfalls.
- Collaborating with other disciplines at EnVision with respect to multidisciplinary projects.
- Tracking project costs and identifying deviations from cost baselines.
- Providing project management guidance and leadership to new and early career professionals.
- Any other functions assigned as part of your employment.
- Minimum of five years of project management experience, preferably in consulting engineering.
- Professional Project Management (PMP) designation.
- Formal project management training.
- Strong leadership, time management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate with all project stakeholders and proactively respond to timesensitive matters and issues.
- Proven experience in project management roles, demonstrating successful project delivery; defined as completing projects on time, within scope, on or below budget and within the defined quality parameters.
- Proficient in developing financial forecasts.
- A valid Ontario G driver's license with a vehicle to travel to and from office/site, including valid and appropriate insurance (mileage compensated).
