Flynn Companies is searching for a dynamic Construction Superintendent with knowledge of Commercial Roofing projects.

This key role with be part of a phenomenal team and will be responsible for planning, organizing and overseeing the daily activities of multipe Roofing crews.

Responsibilities:


  • Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish
  • Assist in hiring of Field employees
  • Ensure all site paperwork is current, including safety and field reports
  • Attend meetings as requied, including handoff, prestart and other onsite meetings
  • Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors
  • Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Monitor and enforce safety regulations on the job site
  • Review and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and schematics
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to specifications
  • Communicate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders
  • Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports

Experience:


  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management, Commercial Roofing experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
  • Proficiency in construction scheduling
  • Experience supervising and leading crews onsite
  • Familiarity with construction management software such as ProCore or similar programs

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and problemsolving abilities
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of quality control standards and procedures

Pay:
$80,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
