Warehouse associates are the foundation to our company's success.

They work actively, safely, and independently to maintain the efficient flow of products through our distribution process, while ensuring quality standards.


Primary Responsibilities:
The Each Order select orders, packages items, and monitors inventory levels within the warehouse. Directs, stocks, selects, and replenishes products.

Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
Selects products in accordance with printed customer orders and delivery sequence. Consolidates merchandise into product containers and transfer to assigned locations. Directs extraneous inventory to its appropriate location. Ensures sufficient inventory to accommodate routine and/or special demands. Maintains orderly workstation; return supplies and merchandise to assigned locations. Follows all preferred work methods, safety policies and procedures per company guidelines. Ensures work area is safe and report any unsafe conditions and/or acts immediately. Verifies and scan proper location of products. Monitors existing stock and transfer items where needed. Separates large units into pick quantities and shelve properly. Performs other related duties as assigned.


Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent 6+ months of warehouse and/or distribution work experience Must be able to work the scheduled / assigned times Able to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout shift Able to lift, stack, and/or pull products off shelves, as well as replenish product, from various heights weighing between 10-35 pounds and generally up to between approximately 60 and 90 pounds, depending on the location, throughout shift Able to work in multi-temperature environments, i.e.

, cooler, freezer and dry Able to obtain certifications for powered equipment, such as Forklift operation Pass criminal background check Preferred Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent 1+ years of warehouse and/or distribution work experience Foodservice distribution or related industry experience


Required Qualifications

Required Experience:
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and/or 1-3 years of related experience

Ability to work reliably from verbal and written instructions.

Intermediate computer knowledge and ability to learn/use computer programs on the job.

Ability to obtain certifications for use of powered equipment; such as forklift operation.


Physical Demands & Working Conditions:
Physical ability to regularly lift, carry, and position: up to 10 lbs. regularly, up to 25 lbs. frequently, and up to 60 lbs. occasionally.

Physical ability to handle objects, tools, and/or controls.

Physical ability to stand for a significant period of time and walk continuously.

Physical ability to occasionally bend, kneel, crouch, climb, reach, or crawl.

May require the ability to operate and/or be certified on various powered equipment.


Ability to work in a warehouse environment which will expose the incumbent to a variety of noise and potential extremes in temperature.


Preferred Qualifications
Sunday to Thursday 2:00 p.m. - 10:30 p.m.

Position Purpose:

As a member of our Warehouse team you will take orders from request to reality, in an environment where you'll feel and create a culture of safety and family.

You will safely move and track all inbound, outbound and stored products within the warehouse.

This includes performing a number of tasks such as:

offloading, stocking, selecting and replenishing products to ensure the warehouse is providing Core-Mark customers with exceptional service and quality.
