Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Warehouse Associate to oversee our warehouse operations. The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for managing inventory, coordinating shipments, and ensuring efficient and safe warehouse operations.

Duties:

Oversee and manage all warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and distributing products
Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to ensure optimal efficiency and productivity
Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with purchasing department to maintain adequate stock levels
Coordinate shipping and receiving to ensure timely delivery of goods
Supervise warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and evaluating performance
Implement safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all employees
Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall operational efficiency
Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy of inventory records

Qualifications

Must have sitdown Forklift Experience
Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, including order picking, loading/unloading, order fulfillment, and distribution processes
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with crossfunctional teams
Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in a warehouse environment
Possess strong interpersonal communication and timemanagement skills with attention to detail.
Strong work ethic with ability to multitask and be flexible to take on varied responsibilities.
