This position is for a Traveling Superintendent position. We are in the process of building 30-40 car washes across the United States. You will not be considered unless you fill out the assessments and complete the video interview.

Smitty's Car Wash builds, owns & operates our car washes.

We are professional, fast-paced, collaborative and our goal is to find quality Superintendents that has the ability to effectively communicate with subcontractors, has the organizational skills to manage multiple tasks at a time, and is well versed in sequencing a construction project.

We have developed several processes and procedures to successfully establish our construction side of the Car Wash business. Attention to detail and knowing your plans are a MUST


Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish
• Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
• Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and laborers
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and quality control
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure project specifications are met
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and regulations on the job site
• Maintain accurate records of project documentation, including permits, contracts, and change orders

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar role
• Indepth knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively lead a team and coordinate multiple subcontractors
• Familiarity with construction estimating software is a plus

Pay:
$115,000.00-$125,000.00 per year
