- Collect and collate appropriate data for use in executive reports.
- Participate in and represent GRM in initiatives and provide recommendations to management for business solutions.
- Collaborate with partners to provide update on Salesforce, PowerBI, CARDS, etc.
- Assist Management with implementation of new initiatives (presentations, tracking of change management, provide summary, etc.)
- Assist with the onboarding/offboarding of new employees.
- Complete CreditLens refreshes, straight annual reviews, and review spreads for accuracy.
- Maintain the daily credit application log; (portfolio/annual review listings for adjudicators) and reporting; ensuring RAs are complete and all requests are saved in GRM folders. Prepares and distributes the Credit Logs for all regions (including for post reviews)
- Liaison with Commercial CARDS group for all authorizations and updates; CIA; CreditLens; Algo appendicies; any adhoc queries/reports; and, user profile/management changes etc. with Canadian Banking Technology/IT Store
- Assist in the preparation/distribution of daily credit log for CCC and NACU
- Very good knowledge of MS Office Suite applications (esp. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Owner/maintenance of Counterparty Limit Overrun Reports for GRM Commercial Credit and RCUs
- Uploading of all authorizations (Credit/RA/CARDS etc.), into SDR for CCC accounts
- Provide assistance and clarification to other groups when required (ECA, WBO, CARDS Group).
- Administrative tasks to support SAM inclusive of daily Account balances.
- Some sundry duties as required/assigned transfer of files to other groups; E-CARDS queries/connection sheet, KMV reports, OLL queries, Tracker Mgt. update, Release Non-Accrual presentations etc.)
- Comprehensive knowledge of the Bank's processes.
- Strong understanding of the Bank's operating procedures.
- Excellent problem resolution skills; accuracy is very important.
