As a Product Manager for Small Business Credit Line at BMO Financial Group, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and leading transformative product strategies for the Small Business Credit Line portfolio that drive growth and deliver value to our small business customers.

This role reports directly to the Director, Small Business Credit Cards and Solutions.


Accountabilities:


  • Support the product management, financial performance, and strategic planning for the BMO Small Business Credit Line portfolio, ensuring alignment with and integration into the overall BMO Business Banking strategy.
  • Develop the Small Business Credit Line product roadmap to address customers' pain points and align with BMO's product strategy.
  • Partner with Business Banking, Marketing, Finance, Portfolio Management, Analytics and other business units across the enterprise to influence the prioritization and execution of product initiatives.
  • Optimize the product P&L and deliver annual goals for Revenue, Net Income, Loan Losses, Productivity, and Market-Share.
  • Manage the periodic planning process for business drivers and lead governance and reporting of the product, including the construction of quarterly strategy updates, stakeholder meetings, and monthly reporting.
  • Develop the business case for new products initiatives and improvements to existing products that feed into the product roadmap.
  • Elaborate recommendations based on an indepth understanding of the business/group and Identify emerging issues and trends to inform decisionmaking.

Qualifications:


  • Between 12 years of relevant experience in product management
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize market research and product data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, allowing you to champion initiatives and align teams towards common goals.
  • Team oriented, collaborative and flexible
