- Develop and manage process safety risk identification processes.
- Conduct data analysis and present findings to leadership.
- Coordinate participation in risk assessments from experts.
- Mentor process technical team and others.
- Collaborate with various teams and third-party consultants.
- Support process engineering team with analyses and deliverables.
- Proficiency in Process Hazard/Risk Assessment methods.
- Competency in North American codes, standards, and regulations.
- Proficiency in Quantitative Risk Assessment and Consequence Modelling.
- Facilitation Skills for hazard/risk assessment.
- Technical Report Writing and Presentation skills.
- Understanding of oil refinery operations and economic drivers.
- University degree in Chemical Engineering with P.Eng. designation.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in process safety and design in chemical, petrochemical, or oil & gas plants.
