Support Specialist
Electrobac is a leading provider of manufacturing support services to the global automotive industry


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform basic data entry duties for outbound customer service calls.
  • Handle incoming customer service calls and walkin visits.
  • Communicate with customers in regards to vehicle availability and warranty status.
  • Prepare customer quotations for purchase or lease transactions.
  • Prepare and submit warranty checklists for recalls.
  • Prepare and submit repair orders for auto repairs.
  • Provide data entry on keywords in order to prepare quotation checklists and recall checklists.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous administrative experience in the automotive industry required.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record; or be eligible to obtain one based on your specific location.

This position will be based out of our Montréal, QC office.

$55.00-$65.00 per year
