Sales Specialist (Commission-Based)

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development: Utilize your network of small to medium-sized business owners to identify opportunities for government grants and funding assistance.

Cold Calling: Conduct high-volume cold calling to expand client base and introduce our grant and funding services.

Sales Strategies: Develop and implement effective sales strategies focused on the unique financial needs and opportunities in government funding for small and medium-sized businesses.

Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Market Analysis: Continuously monitor market trends, government funding opportunities, and competitor activity to identify new sales opportunities and refine sales tactics.

Sales Targets: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics related to grant and funding program enrollments.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in a commissionbased role and/or related to financial services, government grants, or funding programs.
- Strong network of contacts among small to mediumsized business owners.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and educational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to perform effective cold calling and lead generation.
- Knowledge of government funding and grant programs is a plus.
- Selfmotivated with a resultsdriven approach.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools.
