Your Opportunity
Our Greater Toronto Area (Oakville, Markham & Toronto) offices are looking for a
Resource Coordinator to support the Tax team and own the following responsibilities:

  • You will be involved in leading the scheduling functions for the Tax team including workforce planning & resolving scheduling conflicts for our locations across the Greater Toronto Area
  • Optimizing project engagements using available resources to improve utilization
  • Understanding staff skillsets and preferences to best utilize staff in engagements that best suit the needs of the client and growth opportunities
  • Quickly adopting processes and procedures involved in digital and operational success
  • Administer the database through daily scheduling conflict resolution and inputting ongoing changes
  • Build strong relationships with Management teams through understanding key priorities and managing ongoing changes
  • Build & analyze robust reporting through internal database and Microsoft Excel regarding utilization

Your experience and education

  • You have 2+ years of experience in scheduling, forecasting and/or workforce capacity planning
  • You are knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel including use of Pivot Tables and advanced formulas You have a passion for optimizing employees

  • You display strong problem solving, analytical, and communication skills You are comfortable collaborating with business partnersYou thrive in a fastchanging work environment
