Overview:
Match Retail is looking for a reliable, high-energy

Team Lead to join our team and represent our client, Nespresso in the city of Gloucester. This fantastic opportunity will allow you to build your career in sales and marketing while representing a world-renowned luxury brand within top retail stores


Responsibilities

  • Provide infield support to the Area Manager
  • Coach and offer sales support to your team and conduct regular store visits
  • Ensure sales & KPI delivery
  • Client liaison as required

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year experience in retail sales and customer service: experience in a commissioned sales environment an asset
  • At least 1 year experience as a Team Lead or managing a team of sales associates.
  • Possess a clear understanding of sales and customer service fundamentals: formal sales training an asset
  • Effective communication skills: ability to accurately represent the brand as well as determine consumer needs
  • Friendly with professional attitude and with a strong work ethic.
  • Must have reliable transportation to the designated retail stores
  • Must possess a smartphone with internet access

Additional requirements/details

  • Must be comfortable standing for duration of shifts
  • Parttime: up to 40 hours a week, Monday through Sundays
  • Competitive hourly pay rate + mileage ($0.34/km after the first 30km)
