In this role you will be part of a team who will work together to ensure that buildings are well maintained and kept to a high level of cleanliness.

We are looking for self-motivated, reliable, friendly and energetic individuals who are looking for permanent employment in a thriving and positive work environment.


RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Maintaining the cleanliness of meeting rooms, office spaces, common areas, lobbies, washrooms, offices
  • Sanitize and spot clean all above areas
  • Sweep and mop all hard surface floor areas. Vacuum all carpet.
  • Empty waste receptacles and restock dispensers as required (soap, tissue, hand towels, etc.)
  • Complete special cleaning projects upon request

REQUIREMENTS:


  • Able to lift a minimum of 30 lbs
  • Valid driver's license and vehicle
  • Selfmotivated to work alone and in a team environment
  • Positive attitude, good communicator, reliable
  • Previous experience as a cleaner is an asset
  • Security check required

BENEFITS:
