Under the supervision of the Purchasing Manager, your main responsibilities will be
:


Responsibilities:


  • Create master data using PIM (Product Information Management) and AX 2012 (Microsoft Dynamics AX) systems
  • Collaborate with relevant teams and vendors to update and validate master data regulary, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Verify and ensure the accuracy of purchase order data, including dates, quantities, pricing, and order statuses
  • Create and maintain vendor purchasing data, including contact details, pricing agreements, lead times and delivery terms
  • Assist in creating purchase orders based on inventory needs and supply chain requirements
  • Verify and ensure the accuracy of purchase order data, including dates, quantities, pricing, and order statuses
and communicate with vendors to resolve any related issues.

  • Coordinate with crossfunctional teams to investigate and reconcile inventory variances, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to maintain accurate inventory records
  • Facilitate inventory transfers between warehouses and locations as necessary
  • Ensure timely and accurate product receipts for third party warehouses and direct deliveries.
  • Collaborate and coordinate with third party logistics warehouse to implement new warehouse process flows, to ship to products to customers
  • Optimize costefficiency of shipments and monitoring of deliveries to customers.
  • In collaboration with your manager, Identify and implement process improvements and workflow efficiencies.
  • Assist other departments with workload when necessary

Qualifications and required skills are:


  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • Previous experience in data management, inventory control or procurement
  • Familiarity with PIM and ERP systems (such as AX 2012) is highly desirable
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in managing master data and inventory records
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills to identify and resolve discrepancies
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with crossfunctional teams and vendor
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and data analysis tools such as power BI
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively and work in a fastpaced environment
