We are looking for:
Corporate Store Supervisor

Permanent, Full-time hours per week)

Must be able to work a flexible schedule that includes early mornings, days and evenings, Monday through Sunday.

Position Summary
A Store Supervisor assists in all aspects of the day-to-day running of the business.

Duties and Responsibilities

Manage staff and ensure that Bulk Barn standards are upheld
Coach and motivate staff to perform their duties to the best of their abilitiy
Delegate tasks amongst employees
Followup with employees to ensure the tasks are being executed correctly and in a timely manner
Lead and assist workers in performing their daytoday tasks
Assist customers in a manner that exceeds customer expectations
Restock store shelves
Ensure the store is kept clean at all times
Maintain a healthy and safe working environment
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Handler and Food Safe Certification, an asset
Standard First Aid Certificate, an asset
3 years' experience working in a retail environment (Food Retail experience is an asset)

years' experience working under pressure, multi-tasking and managing time

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)

years' experience leading and supervising a team
year working experience in a professional environment handling confidential information

23 years' experience servicing and resolving customer concerns
Ability to exercise flexibility, initiative, good judgement and discretion
Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills
Positive and customer service oriented
Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more as required
